We focus on the idea of working directly with farmers in India, Germany and all over the world, as the decision to go organic requires experience and well-founded knowledge that we want to pass on personally. For example, the implementation of resource-saving farming and irrigation techniques that withstand the effects of climate change is very important.
Where extreme weather such as heavy rain and droughts are already a reality, organic farming can open up new perspectives. The younger generation will then also have a reason to stay in the countryside (keyword rural exodus or even migration) and build a secure livelihood there.
